Spiderette Rules

Object

The object of the game is to clear the tableau from all the cards. When one tableau pile contains 13 cards sorted down in suit from King to Ace, those cards are removed from the tableau.

Layout

  • 1 deck (52 cards), no redeals
  • 1 stock pile (top left) with 24 cards faced down
  • 7 tableau piles (below the stock). The first pile contains one card, the second pile contains two cards, the third pile contains three cards, and so on. The top card of each pile is faced up and other cards are faced down.

Rules

Except for the initial layout of cards, Spiderette is basically one-deck version of Spider.

Stock: Click on the stock to deal one card to each tableau pile. There is no redeal.

Tableau: Build down regardless of suit. The top card of each pile can be played to other tableau pile. A group of cards can be moved together only if cards are sorted down in same suit. An empty pile can be filled by any card. When one pile contains cards sorted down in suit from King to Ace, those cards are removed from the tableau.
