Aunt Mary Rules

Object

The object of the game is to move all the cards to the foundations.

Layout

  • 1 deck (52 cards), no redeals.
  • 4 foundation piles (on top), initially empty
  • 1 waste pile (below the foundations, right to the deck)
  • 6 tableau piles. 6 cards are dealt to each pile. In the first pile all the cards are faced up. In the second pile 5 cards are faced up and one card is faced down, and so on. In the 6th pile all the cards are faced down.

Rules

Deck: Click on deck to open the card and move it to the waste pile.

Foundations: Build up in same suit, from Ace to King. The top card of a foundation pile cannot be played anymore.

Waste: The top card is available to play to the foundation pile or to the tableau pile

Tableau: Build down in alternating colors. The top card of each pile can be moved to the foundations or to the tableau. Any sequence of cards (no matter if cards are sorted down in alternating colors) may be moved to another tableau pile. An empty pile can be filled only by a King or by a sequence of cards starting with King.
